M/o Minority Affairs Director Leyaqat Ali Aafaqui repatriated to parent cadre

The central deputation tenure of Leyaqat Ali Aafaqui (IRS-IT:2008) as Director in the Ministry of Minority Affairs has been prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (13.12.2024) the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of Ministry of Minority Affairs to repatriate Mr Aafaqui to his parent cadre with the condition of extended cooling off.
