Two IAS officers shifted in Bihar

The Bihar goverment has transferred two IAS officers on Monday.

They are:
1. Himanshu Kumar Roy (IAS:2010) : Joint Secretary, General Administration Department.
2. Avinash Kumar Singh ( IAS:2010) : Deputy Secretary, General Administration Department.
