Two Non-Executive Chairman appointed in two different Banks’ Board.

The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has been approved following proposals of the Department of Finance Services:

I. Thothala Narayanasamy Monoharan has been re-nominated as part time Non-official Director on the Board of Directors of Canara Bank and extension of his appointment as Non-Executive Chairman (NEC) of the Bank’s Board for a term of two years.

I. Gopalraman Padmanabhan has been re-nominated as part time non-official Director on the Board of Directors, Bank of India and extension of his appointment as Non-Executive Chairman of the Bank’s Board for a term of two years.
