The tenure of Vandana Sharma (CSS) as Secretary (JS level) of the Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNCRB) has once again been extended, this time until the date of her superannuation, which is 30.09.2024. An order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (15.08.2023) confirms that the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has endorsed the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas’s proposal to prolong Ms. Sharma’s tenure.
