Ashish Goyal (IAS:1995:UP), Additional Secretary, Department of Rural Development, has been repatriated to his parent cadre. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday (19.07.2023), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the repatriation of Mr. Goel on the request of the Uttar Pradesh government with imposition of extended “cooling off’.
