Devesh Uttam appointed as next Ambassador of India to Lithuania

Devesh Uttam (IFS:2003) has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Lithuania. Presently, he is serving as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs and is expected to take up the assignment shortly.
