Naval Jit Kapoor gets extension as Joint Secretary of Ministry of Tribal Affairs

The central deputation tenure of Naval Jit Kapoor (IRS-IT:1992) as Joint Secretary of Ministry of Tribal Affairs, has been extended. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on June 30, 2023, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet approved the proposal of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs to extend the deputation tenure of Mr. Kapoor for a period beyond 16.07.2023 till his superannuation i.e. up to 31.12.2024 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
