The central deputation tenure of Pandurang K Raut (IRS-C&IT:2006) as Deputy Director General (DDG) in the O/o DG, Shipping, Mumbai, has been extended for a period of two years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (02.06.2023), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways to extend the deputation tenure of Mr. Raut under the central staffing scheme for a period of two years beyond 18.06.2023 and upto 18.06.2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
