They are :
1.Tuhin Kanta Panday : ACS, Finance.
2.Rajesh Verma : ACS, CM.
3.Raj Kumar Sharma : ACS, Steel and Mines.
while Nikunja Kishore Sundaray (IAS:1987) has been given proforma promotion.
