Raman Kumar (IAS:2009:BH) was on Monday (15.11.2021) appointed as Private Secretary to Giriraj Singh, Minister for Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, for a period of five years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, he has been appointed to the post for a period of five years with effect from date of assumption of charge of the post or on co-terminus basis with the Minister or till he ceases to function as Private Secretary to the Minister or until further orders, whichever event occurs the earliest.
