Assam : Ghanshyam Dass transferred as Secretary, Social Welfare Department

Ghanshyam Dass (IAS:2012:AM) has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Social Welfare Department. Presently, he is serving as Secretary to the Chief Minister, Assam.
