Deba Kumar Mishra (ACS:1993) has been appointed as Principal Private Secretary to the Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. Prior to this assignment, he was serving as Joint Secretary, Tourism Department and MD, Assam Tourism Development Corporation.
