The Union government notified the appointment of Justice Sanjay Yadav as Acting Chief Justice of the Madhta Pradesh High Court with effect from September 30. Presently, Justice Yadav is the senior-most judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court after the present Chief Justice, Ajay Mittal, who will be retiring on 30th September.
