The Union government has notified the appointment of Justice Ravi Vijaykumar Malimath, senior most Judge of the Uttarakhand High Court, as the Acting Chief Justice of that High Court with effect from 28 th July, 2020.
He will replace Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan, who is set to retire on July 27.
