15 IAS officers transferred in Odisha

In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Odisha government has issued transfer and posting orders of 15 IAS officers and one IPS and IFS officer each in the state on Wednesday.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

  1. Asit Kumar Tripathi (IAS:1986:OR) : Development Commissioner and Addtional Chief Secretary (ACS), Home with additional charge of Chief Administrator, KBK, Koraput.
  2. Sudershan Pal Thakur (IAS:1986:OR) : DG, Training Coordination, Gopalbandhu Academy of Administration, Bhubaneswar.
  3. C J Venugopal (IAS:1988:OR) : Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack.
  4. Niten Chandra (IAS:1990:OR) : OSD, General Administration & Public Grievance Department.
  5. Deoranjan Kumar Singh (IAS:1993:OR) : Principal Secretary, Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Department given additional charge of Science & Technology Department.
  6. Rajan Chopra (IAS:1994:OR) : Principal Secretary, ST & SC Development, Minorities & Backward Classes Welfare Department.
  7. Sushil Kumar Lohani (IAS:1995:OR) : Commissioner-cum- Secretary, Excise Department given additional charge of Commissioner, Commercial Taxes & GST, Cuttak.
  8. Vir Vikram Yadav (IAS:1996:OR) : Commissioner-cum- Secretary, Food and Supplies & Consumer Welfare Department given additional charge of Coorperation Department.
  9. Arun Bothra (IPS:1996:OR) : CEO, Central Electricity Supply Utility of Odisha, Bhubaneswar.
  10. R Raghu Prasad (IFS:1997:OR) : Commissioner-cum-Secretary (Independent Charge), Fisheries and Animal Resources Development with additional charge of MD, OMFED, Bhubaneswar.
  11. Vishal Gagan (IAS:1998:OR) : Special Secretary, Water Resource Department.
  12. Bhaskar Jyoti Sarma (IAS:1999:OR) : Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Social Security & Empowerment of persons with Disabilities Department.
  13. Krishna Kumar (IAS:2002:OR) : Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Works Department.
  14. Archana Patnaik (IAS:2002:OR) : Special Secretary , Water Resources Department with additional charge of MD, Odisha Lift lrrigation Corporation Ltd, Bhubaneswar.
  15. Sachin Ramchandra Jadhav (IAS:2007:OR) : Director, ST, 0disha, Bhubaneswar.
  16. Sadique Alam (IAS:2010:OR) : Executive Director, CMGI, Bhubaneswar.
  17. Surendra Kumar Meena (IAS:2012:OR) : Secretary, Board of Revenue, odisha, Cuttack with additional charge of Deputy secretary to Government, works Department.
