In a recent development, Zasekuolie Chusi (IAS:2011:NL) has been appointed to the post of Director of Census Operations (DCO) and Director of Citizen Registration (DCR) for Nagaland. This appointment, announced through an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (28.11.2023), is on an additional charge basis.
The order specifies that the competent authority has approved Mr. Chusi’s appointment to the post under the central staffing scheme. He is slated to serve in this capacity until December 31, 2025, or until further orders are issued, whichever comes earlier.
