Yuvraj Pal Singh (IRS-IT:2015), who was recommended for central deputation by the Department of Revenue, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC), New Delhi.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (November 7, 2025), Singh’s appointment is under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of assuming charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
