West Bengal: Two IAS officers shifted; Shashank Sethi posted as MD of WBTDCL

The West Bengal government on Thursday (20.06.2024) issued transfer and posting orders for two IAS officers.

The names of the officers and their place of postings are as follows;

1. Shashank Sethi (IAS:2010:WB), District Magistrate, Birbhum, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation Limited (WBTDCL) with additional charge of Director, Tourism.
2. Utpal Bhadra (IAS:2012:WB), Chief Vigilance Officer, West Bengal Power Development Corporation Limited and Ex-officio Special Commissioner in the rank of Special Secretary in Power Department, has been transferred and posted as Special Commissioner in the rank of Special Secrertary in Fire & Emergency Services Department.
