West Bengal: Six IAS officers shifted

The West Bengal government has issued transfer and posting orders for six IAS officers across the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

1. R Arjun (IAS:2010:WB), Senior Special Secretary, Tribal Development Department has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation Limited with additional charge of Director, Tourism.
2. Ritendra Narayan Basu Roy Choudhury (IAS:2010:WB), Managing Director, West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation Limited with additional charge of Director, Tourism, has been transferred and posted as Director of Small Savings.
3. Avadh Singhal (IAS:2020:WB), OSD in Urban Development and Municipal Affairs Department, has been transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Officer, Kurseong, Darjeeling.
4. Raunak Agarwal (IAS:2020:WB), OSD in Finance Department has been transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Officer, Ranaghat, Nadia.
5. Dr. Haaris Rasheed (IAS:2018:WB), Sub-divisional Officer, Ranaghat, Nadia, has been transferred and posted as Additional District Magistrate, Dakshin Dinajpur.
6. Ezaz Ahmed (IAS:2018:WB), Sub-divisional Officer, Kurseong, Darjeeling, has been transferred and posted as Additional District Magistrate, Nadia.
