Khalid Aizaz Anwar (IAS:2009:WB) has been tranferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Finance Department with additional charge of D.R.I & E and Director, WB State Lotteries. Presently, he was serving as Excise Commissioner with additional charge of Director, WB State Lotteries and MD, West Bengal State Beverages Corporation Ltd.
