West Bengal: Four IPS officers shifted, SK Neelakantam posted as PC, Asansol-Durgapur

The West Bengal government on Tuesday (01.08.2023) issued transfer and posting orders for four IPS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Sanjay Singh (IPS:1992:WB), ADG Correctional Service, has been transferred and posted as ADG, Armed Police.
2. Lakshmi Narayan Meena (IPS:1998:WB), Additional Director General (ADG), SCRB, has been transferred and posted as ADG Correctional Services.
3. Sunil Kumar Choudhary (IPS:2004:WB), IG, CID, has been transferred and posted as Police Commissioner of Asansol-Durgapur Commissionerate.
4. Sudheer Kumar Neelakantam (IPS:2007:WB), Police Commissioner of Asansol-Durgapur Commissionerate, has been transferred and posted as the OSD, West Bengal Police Directorate (WBPD).
