The West Bengal government on Friday issued transfer and posting orders of two IAS officers in the state.
The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :
- Devi Prasad Karanam (IAS:2008:WB) : Commissioner, Commercial Tax with additional charge of MD, Biswa Bangla Marketing Corporation Ltd shall also hold additional charge of Excise Commissioner.
- Dr. Uma Sankar S (IAS:2011:WB) : MD, West Bengal State Beverages Corporation.
