WB: Six IAS and One IPS officer shifted

The West Bengal government recently issued transfer and posting orders for six IAS officers and one IPS officer.

They are;

1. Choten Dhendup Lama (IAS:1999:WB), Principal Secretary, Tribal Development Department with additional charge of Principal Secretary, Non-Conventional & Renewable Energy Department, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, North Bengal Development Department.
2. Gulam Ali Ansari (IAS:2000:WB), Divisional Commissioner, Malda Division, has been transferred and posted as Department of Minority Affairs & Madrasah Education with additional charge of Divisional Commissioner, Malda Division.
3. Rajesh Kumar (IPS:1990:WB), Member Secretary, West Bengal Pollution Control Board, has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary, Environment Department.
4. Roshni Sen (IAS:1993:WB), Additional Chief Secretary, Environment Department with additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Fisheries, Aquaculture, Aquatic Resources and Fishing Harbour Department and CMD of WBIDC, has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Fisheries, Aquaculture, Aquatic Resources and Fishing Harbour Department with additional charge of CMD, WBIDC.
5. Barun Kumar Ray (IAS:1992:WB), Additional Chief Secretary, Labour Department, has been transferred and posted Additional Chief Secretary, Non-Conventional & Renewable Energy Sources Department.
6. Jagdish Prasad Meena (IAS:2004:WB), Divisional Commissioner, Presidency Division has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms with additional charges of Secretary, Correctional Administrative Department and Divisional Commissioner, Presidency Division.
7. Avanindra Singh (IAS:2002:WB), Divisional Commissioner, Bardhaman Division, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Labour Department with additional charge of Divisional Commissioner, Bardhaman Division.
