Vivek Singh appointed as OSD to Union Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman

Vivek Singh, a private person, has been appointed as Officers on Special Duty (OSD) to Nirmala Sitharaman, Minister for Finance and Corporate Affairs in the Department of Expenditure for a period of four years.
