Vivek Chandrakant Tongaonkar, Executive Director (ED), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), has been appointed to the post of Director (Finance), Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) for a period of five years.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), on Friday (28.04.2023), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas to appoint Mr. Tongaonkar to the post for a period of five years with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post, or till the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
