The central deputation tenure of Vishvajit Sahay (IDAS:1990) as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor (AS&FS) of Department of Science & Technology has been extended for period of one year. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Thursday (17.10.2024), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved to extend the deputation tenure of Mr. Sahay for period of one year beyond 15.11.2024 i.e. up to 15.11.2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
