Vipin Kumar appointed Joint Commissioner in EMRS, Ministry of Tribal Affairs

Vipin Kumar (IRSEE:2014) appointed Joint Commissioner in EMRS, Delhi, under Ministry of Tribal Affairs for a four-year tenure.

The Central government on Tuesday (August 12, 2025) appointed Vipin Kumar (IRSEE:2014) as Joint Commissioner (Deputy Secretary level) in the Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS), Delhi, under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs. He was recommended for Central deputation by the Ministry of Railways.

According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Vipin Kumar’s appointment falls under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date he assumes charge, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

In his new role, Vipin Kumar will contribute to the administration and development of EMRS institutions, aimed at providing quality education to tribal students across India.
