Vinay Sheel Gautam (IRS-IT:2009), who was recommended for central deputation by the Department of Revenue, has been appointed as Director in the Ministry of Cooperation.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Friday (November 7, 2025), Gautam’s appointment is for a period of five years under the Central Staffing Scheme, from the date he assumes charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
He is presently serving as Additional Commissioner in the Delhi Region.
