Vinay Mohan Kwatra (IFS:1988) has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to Nepal. Presently, he is Ambassador, Embassy of India. Kwatra replaces Manjeev Singh Puri who has retired from service. He is expected to take up the assignment shortly.
