Vinay Kumar (IAS:1999:BH), Additional Secretary in Ministry of Road, Transport & Highways, Delhi, has been given additional charge of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of National Highway Authority of India (NHAI), Delhi. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Monday (30.06.2025), the competent authority has approved the appointment of Mr Kumar to the post for a period of six months from the date of assumption of charge of the post or till appointment of a regular CVO in NHAI or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
