Vinay Bansal (IRAS:2011), who was recommended for central deputation by the Ministry of Railways, has been selected for appointment as Financial Advisor in National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for five years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (11.02.2025), Mr. Bansal will serve in the post under the central staffing scheme for a period of five years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
