Vikrant Pal Singh appointed as Deputy Secretary, CGPDTM

Vikrant Pal Singh (IRS-IT:2007) has been appointed to the post of Deputy Secretary in the Office of Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trademarks (CGPDTM), Mumbai for a period of four years.
