Vikas Singh appointed as Director in D/o Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities

Vikas Singh (IAS:2010:TR), Commissioner (Land Management) (Director level) in the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) under the Housing and Urban Affairs, has been laterally shifted to Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities as Director. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Saturday (04.01.2024), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the recommendations Civil Services Board (CSB) for lateral shift of Mr. Singh to D/o Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities for a period upto 27.04.2026 (i.e. balance period of his five years central deputation tenure at Director level under central staffing scheme) or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
