Vigilance Commissioner Suresh N Patel has been assigned the charge of Central Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) with effect from June 24, 2021, until the appointment of the regular Central Vigilance Commissioner.
The appointment was necessitated after Sanjay Kothari (Retd.IAS:1978:HY) completed his term as the chief of the probity watchdog on Wednesday.
