The central deputation tenure of Varsha Joshi (IAS:1995:AGMUT) as Additional Secretary in the Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, has been extended for two years. According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Tuesday (25.03.2025), the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved extension of deputation tenure of Ms. Joshi for a period of two years beyond 26.07.2025 i.e. 26.07.2027 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
