V. Sivakumar (IRS-C&CE:2004) has been appointed to the post of Inernal Financial Adviser, in Fast Reactor Fuel Cycle Facility (FRFCF) of Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research (IGCAR), Kalpakkam (near Chennai), under the Department of Atomic Energy for a period of five years.
