V N Dhakane appointed as PS to Union Minister Arvind Sawant

Vikas Navanath Dhakane (RPF:2009) has been appointed as Private Secretary to Arvind Sawant, Minister for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises in the Department of Heavy Industry at the level of Deputy Secretary for a perid of five years.
