Vijay Kumar Dev (IAS:1987:AGMUT), Chief Secretary of Govt of NCT, New Delhi, has been given additional charge of the Chairman of New Delhi Municipal Council. The post fell vacant after the transfer of incumbent chairman Naresh Kumar (IAS:1987:AGMUT) to Arunachal Pradesh as Chief Secretary of the State.
