The Modi Government on Friday (28.01.2022) appointed Dr V Anantha Nageswaran as the Chief Economic Advisor and he has assumed charge. Nageswaran succeeds Krishnamurthy Subramanian, who returned to academia at the end of his three-year tenure in December.
