Neeraj Kharwal (IAS:2007:UK) has been removed from the post of Secretary (Incharge) to CM Tirath Singh Rawat. He will continue to hold the charge of Secretary, Energy, MD, UPCL and MD, Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand Limited (PTCUL).
