In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Uttarakhand government on Wednesday effected transfer of as many as 24 IAS officers across the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

  1. Radha Raturi (IAS:1988:UK), Additional Chief Secretary, Secretariate Administration, CM, Home and Jail and Chairperson, UPCL/UJVNL and Chairperson, Revenue Board, Uttarakhand, has been removed from the charge of Chairperson, Revenue Board, Uttarakhand.
  2. Manish Panwar (IAS:1990:UK), Additional Chief Secretary, Planning, External Aided Projects, Finance, Infrastucture Development Commissioner and Chairman, Uttarakhand Transport Corporation, has been removed from the charge of the posts of Additional Chief Secretary, Planning, External Aided Projects, Finance and Infrastucture Development Commissioner.
  3. Anand Bardhan (IAS:1992:UK), Additional Chief Secretary, Rural Development, Watershed, Urban Development, Housing, Chief Administrator, Uttarakhand Housing and Urban Development Authority, Agriculture Production Commissioner, Chief Project Director, Watershed, Director and Chairman, Uttaranchal Seeds and Tarai Development Corporation Ltd. , has been relieved of the charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Rural Development and Urban Development. He has been given charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Finance and Infrastructure Development Commissioner.
  4. Ramesh Kumar Sudhanshu (IAS:1997:UK), Principal Secretary, PWD, Forest, Environment Protection & Climate Change, and Chairman, BRIDCUL, has been relieved of the charge of Principal Secretary, PWD and Chairman, BRIDCUL. He has been given charge of Principal Secretary, Urban Development.
  5. R Meenakshi Sundaram (IAS:2001:UK), Secretary, CM, Energy and Renewable Energy, Labour and Chairperson, Uttarakhand Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, has been relieved of the charge of Secretary, Finance. She has been given the charge of Secretary, Planning and External Aided Projects.
  6. Nitesh Kumar Jha (IAS:2002:UK), Secretary, Panchayat Raj, Drinking Water and Rural Construction has been relieved of the charge of Secretary, Drinking Water and given the charge of Secretary, Rural Development and CPD, UGVS-REAP
  7. Arvind Singh Hyanki (IAS:2002:UK), Secretary, Transport, Senior Staff Officer, Chief Secretary and Commissioner, Transport has been given charge of Secretary, Drinking Water.
  8. Sachin Kurrey (IAS:2003:UK), Secretary, Tourism, Revenue and CEO, Tourism Development Board, has been given charge of Secretary, Civil Aviation.
  9. Dileep Jawalkar (IAS:2003:UK), Secretary, Finance, Civil Aviation and Election has been relieved of the charge of Secretary, Civil Aviation.
  10. BVRC Purushottam (IAS:2004:UK), Secretary, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Dairy and Dairy Development, Cooperative, Rural Development, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, CPD, UGVS-REAP with additional charge of Director, Fisheries, has been relieved of the charges of Secretary, Agriculture and Peasent Welfare, CPD, UGVS-REAP.
  11. Dr. Pankaj Kumar Pandey (IAS:2005:UK), Secretary, Industrial Development, Industrial Development (Mining), Aayush and Aayush Education, MSME, has been relieved of the charge of Secretary, Industrial Development and MSME.
  12. Dr. Ranjeet Kumar (IAS:2005:UK), Secretary, Disaster Management and Rehabilitation, Project Director, UEAP/UDRP and Project Director, UEAP/UDRP -II, has given charge of Secretary, Re-orgnisation.
  13. Hari Chandra Semwal (IAS:2005:UK), Secretary, Women Empowerment and Child Development, Excise, Irrigation, Minor Irrigation, Religious Affairs and Culture, Director, ICDS and Commissioner, Excise, has been given charge of Secretary, Human Rights Commission.
  14. Chandresh Kumar Yadav (IAS:2006:UK), Secretary, Census, Re-organisation, Sanskrit Education, Commissioner and Secretary, Revenue Board, and Director, Consolidation has been relieved of the charge of Secretary, Re-organisation.
  15. Brajesh Kumar Sant (IAS:2006:UK), Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, DG, Mining and Commissioner, Food, has been relieved of the charge of DG, Mining.
  16. Vijay Kumar Yadav (IAS:2006:UK), Secretary, Skill Development, Sugarcane-Sugar, Forest and Environment Conservation and Climate Change and Project Director, Uttarakhad Work Force Development Project, has been relieved of the charge of Secretary, Forest and Environment Conservation and Climate Change.
  17. Dr. V Shanmugam (IAS:2007:UK), awaiting posting orders, has been posted as Secretary, Finance and Chief Electoral Officer, Uttrakhand.
  18. Vinay Shankar Pandey (IAS:2007: UK), District Magistrate of Haridwar, Kumbh Mela Officer, Haridwar and Vice Chairman, Haridwar-Roorkee Developmen Authority, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Chief Minister and MSME and Investment Commissioner.
  19. Deependra Singh Chaudhary (IAS:2007:UK), Secretary, Sainik Welfare and Urban Development, has been relieved of the charge of Secretary, Urban Development. He has been given charge of Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare.
