Uttarakhand: 21 IAS, 1 IPS transferred

In the first major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Uttarakhand government transferred as many as 21 IAS and one IPS officer.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

2. Radha Raturi (IAS:1988:UD): ACS to Chief Minister, Home & Prisons and ACS, Secretariat Administration.
3. Manisha Panwar (IAS:1990:UD): Infrastructure Development Commissioner, Chairman, Uttarakhand Transport Corporation and
   ACS, EAP.
