Uttarakhand: 13 IAS officers shifted

The Uttarakhand government on Tuesday (30.08.2022) ordered transfer and posting of thirteen IAS officers across the state.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows :

1. Anand Bardhan (IAS:1992:UK), Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Rural Development, Watershed, Revenue, Housing, Chief Administrator, Uttarakhand Housing & Urban Development Authority, Agriculture Production Commissioner and Chief Project Director, Watershed, has been relieved from the charge of ACS, Revenue.
2. Shailesh Bagauli (IAS:2002:UK), Secretary to Chief Minister, Personnel & Vigilance, Cabinet (Gopan), Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Higher Education & Information Technology and Science Technology, has been relieved from the charge of Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare.
3. BVRC Purushottam (IAS:2004:UK), Secretary, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Dairy & Dairy Development, Cooperative, Rural Development and CPD, UGVS-REAP, has been given additional charge of Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare.
4. Sachin Kurve (IAS:2003:UK), Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Tourism, CEO, Tourism Development Board and
   Commissioner, Food has been relieved from the charge of Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs and Commissioner, Food. He will hold additional charge of Secretary, Revenue.
5. Brajesh Kumar Sant (IAS:2006:UK), DG, Mining and Vice-Chairman, Mussoorie-Dehradun Development Authority, has been relieved from
   charge of Vice-Chairman, Mussoorie-Dehradun Development Authority. He will now hold the additional charge of Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs.
6. Dipendra Kumar Chaudhary (IAS:2007:UK), Secretary (Incharge), Sainik Welfare and Revenue, has been relieved from the charge of
   Secretary (Incharge), Revenue and assigned with additional charge of Secretary (Incharge), Urban Development.
7. Sonika (IAS:2010:UK), District Magistrate, Dehradun and CEO, Smart City, Dehradun, has been given additional charge of Vice-Chairman, Mussoorie-Dehradun Development Authority
8. Ranveer Singh Chauhan (IAS:2009:UK), Additional Secretary, Information, Culture and Dharmaswa Department, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, has been relieved from the charge of DG, Culture and DG, Information.
9. Savin Bansal (IAS:2009:UK), awaiting posting orders, has been posted as Additional Secretary, Disaster Management and Project Director, UEAP/UDRP/UDRP-Additional Funding.
10. Karmendra Singh (IAS), Secretary, Public Service Commission, Haridwar, has been transferred and posted as Additional
    Secretary, Personnel and Vigilance, Social Welfare and Commissioner, Disabled.
11. Dr Meharban Singh (IAS), Additional Secretary, Drinking Water and Secretary, Human Rights Commission, has been relieved from the charge of Secretary, Human Rights Commission, and given additional charges of Additional Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs and Commissioner Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs (Supply Branch/IT).
12. Banshidhar Tiwari (IAS), DG, School Education and ex-officio State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan, MD, GMPN and Director, Panchayati Raj, has been given additional charge of Additional Secretary/DG, Information.
13. Anand Srivastava (IAS), Additional Secretary, Revenue, Disaster Management and Project Manager, UEAP/UDRP/UDRP-additional funding, has been relieved from the charge of Project Manager, UEAP/UDRP/UDRP-additional funding.
