UP: Three DMs among 15 IAS officers shifted

The Uttar government on Tuesday (21.02.2023) issued transfer and posting orders for 15 IAS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

1. Hemant Rao (IAS:1987:UP), Additional Chief Secretary, Backward Class Welfare, Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities and Secretariat Administration, has been relieved of the charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Secretariat Administration and given charge of Social Welfare Commissioner.
2. Rajnish Gupta (IAS:1990:UP), Member of Revenue Board has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Civil Defence, and Political Pension Department.
3. Leena Johri (IAS:1994:UP), awaiting for posting order, has been posted as Principal Secretary, Aayush and Stamp & Registration Department.
4. Khatravath Ravindra Naika (IAS:1995:UP), Principal Secretary, Administrative Reforms and Public Service Management Department and Director, Administrative Reform Directorate has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary, Secretariat Administration.
5. Anil Kumar-III (IAS:1998:UP), Principal Secretary, Urban Development and MD, Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam (Nagariya), Lucknow, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Labour & Employment Department.
6. Anil Dhingra (IAS:2008:UP), MD, KESCo, Kanpur, has been transferred and posted as MD, Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam (Nagariya), Lucknow.
7. Navin Kumar GS (IAS:2007:UP), Awaiting for posting order, has been posted as Special Secretary, Secondary Education Department.
8. Dr. Anil Kumar (IAS:2009:UP), Special Secretary, Infrastructure and Industrial Development Department, Staff Officer, Chief Secretary, has been transferred and posted as Director, SUDA, Lucknow.
9. Sandeep Kumar (IAS:2014:UP), CEO, Bhadohi Industrial Development Authority (BIDA), Bhadohi, has been transferred and posted as
   District Magistrate, Sant Kabir Nagar.
10. Nikhil Tikaram Funde (IAS:2014:UP), Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Agra, has been transferred and posted as District Magistrate, Chandauli.
11. Avinash Singh (IAS), Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Gorakhpur, has been transferred and posted as District Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar.
12. Prerna Sharma (IAS:2014:UP), Additional CEO, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, has been transferred and posted as District Magistrate, Hapur.
13. Prem Ranjan Singh (IPS:1014:UP), District Magistrate, Sant Kabir Nagar, has been transferred and posted as CEO, Bhadohi Industrial Development Authority (BIDA), Bhadohi.
14. Isha Duhan (IPS:2014:UP), District Magistrate, Chandauli, has been transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner, Meerut Division, Meerut.
15. Samuel Paul N (IPS:2012:UP), District Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar, has been transferred and posted as Additional CEO, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar.
