As part of a comprehensive administrative restructuring in the state, the Uttar Pradesh government continued its series of transfer and posting orders for nine IAS officers on Sunday, marking the third consecutive day of such changes. Notably, the transfers of two IAS officers, which were initially issued on Friday, have now been revoked.
Ravindra Kumar Mandar (IAS: 2013:UP), who was earlier designated as District Magistrate of Rampur with a subsequent transfer to Bijnor, will retain his role as the District Magistrate of Rampur, as his transfer order to Bijnor has been canceled. In his place, Ankit Kumar Agrawal (IAS:2012:UP) has been appointed as the new District Magistrate of Bijnor, reversing his earlier transfer from District Magistrate of Etah to District Magistrate of Rampur.
Furthermore, the following officers have been transferred:
Sanjay Khatri (IAS:2010:UP), District Magistrate of Prayagraj, has been has been transferred as Additional Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) of Noida.
Pulkit Khare (IAS:2011:UP), District Magistrate of Mathura, has been transferred and posted as CEO of the Uttar Pradesh Rural Road Development Authority.
Manoj Kumar-II (IAS:2012:UP), District Magistrate of Mahoba, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary in the Housing Department.
Dr. Chandra Bhushan (IAS:2012:UP), District Magistrate of Hamirpur, has been appointed as the Special Secretary in the Environment, Forest, and Climate Change Department.
Nitin Gaur (IAS:2016:UP), Municipal Commissioner of Ghaziabad, has been transferred and posted as Vice Chairman of the Hapur Pilakhua Development Authority.
Vikramaditya Singh Malik (IAS:2018:UP), Chief Development Officer (CDO) in Ghaziabad, has now been appointed as the Municipal Commissioner of Ghaziabad.
Ashutosh Kumar Dwivedi (IAS:2014:UP), Special Secretary, Public Works Department, has been transferred and posted as ACEO of Greater Noida.
