UP govt transfers three IPS officers; Manoj Kumar posted as IG, PAC West Zone

Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh government on Monday (September 28, 2026) issued transfer and posting orders for three IPS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows;

1. Manoj Kumar (IPS:2006:UP), IG, awaiting posting orders in DGP Office, Lucknow, has been transferred and posted as IG, PAC, West Zone, Moradabad.
2. Hemraj Meena (IPS:2012:UP), DIG, UPSIFS, Lucknow, has been transferred and posted as DIG, Security, Lucknow.
3. Rajesh Dwivedi (IPS-SPS:2013), Commandant, 38th Battalion PAC, Aligarh, has been transferred and posted as SP, Election Branch, DGP Office, Lucknow.
