UP govt transfers 46 IAS officers, 10 District Magistrates shifted

In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Uttar Pradesh government on Tuesday (October 28, 2025) issued transfer and posting orders for 46 IAS officers across the state.

As part of the reshuffle, 10 District Magistrates (DMs) have been transferred. The districts affected include Hathras, Sitapur, Basti, Siddharthnagar, Chitrakoot, Lalitpur, Shrawasti, Rampur, Balrampur, and Kaushambi.
