UP CM appoints 15 senior IAS officers as Nodal Heads of Corona-sensitive districts

(IANS) : Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has nominated 15 senior IAS officers as nodal heads of those districts that have reported 20 or more COVID-19 positive cases.

In the corona-sensitive districts, the senior IAS officer, along with a senior police officer and one senior health official, will camp for the next few days and oversee all arrangements regarding tackling of Corona virus.

The officers who have been designated as nodal officers include ;

1. Alok Kumar : Agra
2. Anil Kumar : Firozabad
3. Deepak Kumar : Lucknow
4. Mukesh Meshram : Rae Bareli
5. T Venkatesh : Meerut
6. Sudhir Garg : Ghaziabad
7. Narendra Bhooshan : Gautam Buddha Nagar
8. Anita Meshram : Bulandshahr
9. Suresh Chandra : Kanpur
10. Manoj Singh : Moradabad
11. Ajay Chauhan : Bijnor
12. Sainthil Pandiyan : Amroha
13. P Guru Prasad : Saharanpur
14. Sanjay Kumar : Shamli
15. Dheeraj Sahu : Basti
