In an administrative reshuffle in the Police Department, The Uttar Pradesh government on Sunday transferred and posted 8 IPS and 56 PPS officers.
The names of the IPS officers and their postings are as follows:
- Abhinav Tyagi (IPS:2019:UP), Assistant Police Commissioner, Police Commissionerate, Prayagraj, has been transferred and posted as Additional Superintendent of Police, Kushinagar.
- Aditya Bansal (IPS:2020:UP), Assistant Superintendent of Police, Meerut, has been transferred and posted as Additional Superintendent of Policel, Muzaffarnagar Rural.
- Chirag Jain (IPS:2020:UP), Assistant Commissioner of Police, Prayagraj, has been transferred and posted as Additional Superintendent of Police Rural, Azamgarh.
- Vikram Dahiya (IPS:2020:UP), Assistant Superintendent of Police, Jhansi, has been transgferred and posted as Additional Superintendent of Police, Pilibhit.
- Anukriti Sharma (IPS:2020:UP), Assistant Superintendent of Police, Bulandshahr, has been transferred and posted as new Additional Superintendent of Police, Sambhal.
- Abhijeet Kumar (IPS:2020:UP), Assistant Superintendent of Police Bareilly, has been transferred and posted as Additional Superintendent of Police, Fatehpur.
- Manush Pareek (IPS:2020:UP), Assistant Superintendent of Police, Gorakhpur, has been transferred and posted as Additional Superintendent of Police, Ambedkar Nagar.
