UP: 5 IAS officers shifted, Prashant Trivedi posted as Chairman, UP State Road Transport Corporation

In a big bureaucratic reshuffle, the Uttar Pradesh government on Wednesday (31.05.2023) issued transfer and posting orders for 5 IAS officers.

The names of the officers and their postings are as follows:

1. Prashant Trivedi (IAS:1989:UP), Additional Chief Secretary, Finance, has been transferred and posted as Chairman of Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation.
2. Deepak Kumar (IAS:1990:UP), Additional Chief Secretary of Basic and Secondary Education, has been given additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Finance.
3. Lokesh M (IAS:2003:UP), Divisional Commissioner of Saharanpur, has been posted as Divisional Commissioner of Kanpur.
4. Raj Shekhar (IAS:2004:UP), Divisional Commissioner, Kanpur, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Agriculture.
5. Hrishikesh B Yashod (IAS:2006:UP) has been appointed as Divisional Commissioner of Saharanpur. He was awaiting posting after returning from Maharashtra on deputation.
